Hi! We're Megz & Tay, founders of Local Roots Digital. We share a passion for helping small businesses grow and thrive in todays digital world.

Before planting roots in Ramona, we built careers in the technology industry. Megz worked in recruiting and human resources, helping companies find and develop great talent, while Tay specialized in business development, building partnerships and helping businesses expand and succeed.

Our careers took us across the country (Literally from heads Carolina, tails California), but eventually we found what mattered most: connection & community. Today, we are proud Ramona mommas who understand the unique challenges and opportunities local business owners face.
